Please note that if your event includes the sale of alcohol or the serving of food/drinks after 11pm you may need a Temporary Events Notice details are easily accessible on West Northampton Council website.
The Hall also has a portable Wheelchair Ramp which can easily be deployed when required

HIRE CHARGES 2024
From April 1st to September 30th (summer rate)
Overstone & Sywell residents - £12.00 per hour (or part thereof)
Non-residents - £15.00 per hour (or part thereof)
From October 1st to March 31st (winter rate)
Overstone & Sywell residents - £15.00 per hour (or part thereof)
Non-residents - £18.00 per hour (or part thereof)
A £50.00 refundable deposit is required when booking.
Where possible please arrange all payments via Bank Transfer, details will be provided on the Booking Form
All registered Charities will be charged the Local seasonal rates.
