Conditions of Hire during COVID-19

THERE ARE NO PLANNED EVENTS AND THE HALL IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR HIRE UNTIL MAY 17th
Once the Hall is available for hire the below conditions will be applied.
You, the hirer, will be responsible for ensuring those attending your activity or event comply with the COVID-19 Secure Guidelines while entering and occupying the hall, as displayed at the hall entrance, in particular using the hand sanitiser supplied when entering and exiting the hall.
The Hall will have been sanitised before your day of hire and after use you will be responsible for washing any kitchen utensils that have been used during your time of hire and returned to the drawer/cupboard. Please wipe down with the spray and paper towels supplied any areas that have been touched, such as door handles, tables, taps etc.
You will be responsible to ensure that everyone likely to attend your activity or event understands that they MUST NOT DO SO if they or anyone in their household has had COVID-19 symptoms in the last 7 days, and that if they develop symptoms within 7 days of visiting the premises they MUST use the Test, Track and Trace system to alert others with whom they have been in contact.
You must keep the premises well ventilated throughout your hire, with windows and doors open as far as convenient. You will be responsible for ensuring they are all securely closed on leaving.
You will ensure that no more than 30 people attend your activity/event (this number may increase or decrease according to Government guide lines), in order that social distancing can be maintained. You will ensure that everyone attending wears a face covering whilst they are in the hall and that they maintain social distancing while waiting to enter the premises, and as far as possible when using more confined areas e.g. moving and stowing equipment and accessing the toilets.
